Added a stairway up to the boat at the pirate bay, which leads to the rail that goes towards the mansions.

Also added a small and very temporary rail station next to the mansions.

What version is the server running?
I suppose it's not the newest weekly snapshot build with jungle biomes (climbable vines, high trees) and ocelots (breedable and tameable with fish).

Because I read that jungle biomes won't be generated unless starting over a new world.
