We have this problem on my clans servers, what people seem to forget is that admin dont have some all seeing eye. Most of the time they will only know if someone is base raping the opposition is, if people tell them who it is. But then when people do say who it is, or it's even the admins themselves doing the raping... there's a problem.

I was on a server where rockets and noob tube "weren't allowed", if you killed someone with them, the server console would just automatically kill you!

No warnings
'no usas' was not in the server description on battlelog when I was browsing servers. Had I clicked on it to take me to the server page I would have seen it.

No USAS was probably at the end name that's too long to be displayed in the server list.

Also, there are admin program plugins that auto-kill/kick/ban for spawning with certain weapons...stupid imo
