Haven't played it yet but RA3 was good fun for the most part. I only play the single-player because I always lose whenever I play online (at least I did in RA2). The changes to the game versus older games like Tiberian Sun and RA2 take a bit of getting used to but the game is still quite fun, if a bit overly complicated at times.
yeh i enjoyed RA3, the dual-mode thing for most units was a nice gimmick. let me know if it's worth getting over the base game

If you liked singleplayer RA3 then there's no reason not to like uprising. It's loads of singleplayer challenge missions spread over a big world map with a couple of new extremely OP units thrown in for good measure.
This is my hunch. I can't imagine it being any worse than RA3 considering that it's nothing more than an extended story with a few new units. The gameplay itself didn't change as it did from C&C3 to C&C4. If you enjoyed RA3, why not get Uprising? Shame you didn't pounce during the sale, it was going for like -75%.Spidery_Yoda wrote:
