Is this scope available in real life?
Yeah there are thermal scopes in real life or 'infra red' ones. I'm not too sure of the difference between the two though.
And above your tomb, the stars will belong to us.
Maybe infrared lets you see at night whereas thermal doesn't? I'm not sure because infrared radiation is heat, which would be detected by a thermal scope.-Sh1fty- wrote:

I was at the science museum in LA a few weeks ago and I got to use IR vision at one expo, it was really cool, but everything was black, red, blue, orange, yellow, etc. Thermal on the other hand is just black and white in different shades.

No, it isn't. Thermal = heat. You can "see" heat in the infrared though.

Thermal sights let you see heat signatures. Infrared sights let you see infrared light.
Can't believe they are getting nerfed... Everyone has access to the thermal scopes, so why the fuck do people have to complain?

Guys when you unlock the Spec Ops camo make sure to use it. It diminishes the effects of the IRNV scope that virtually everyone is using. Check out the examples at this link.

Well Engineer is pretty safe.
That's why you don't run across an open area children. Use cover or get one of your dumbass squad mates to run out first. While they're pumping his body full lead you can sneak up behind them.

Got it for the SCAR-H, G3A3 and now UMP45, its great! Not so flash on the UMP tho due to that guns range, but still quite useful.

Probably including more heat signatures displayed, like how it was completely useless in the Beta.

BTW, I'd stop using it as it makes you terrible when you don't have it equipt!
It's abit silly that everything is really dark apart from soldiers and vehicles, they need to make it more realistic/balanced for sure.
