Assault USMC - M16A3 (until I get A4) - IRVN until I get my 1080p scren, then I'll use ACOG - foregrip - heavy barrel (primarily use it on semi auto at range) - m1911 tactical for up close - defib -med pack - flak for rush, sprint for conquest

Assault Russia - AEK or AK74M - iron sights - foregrip - heavy barrel - m443 tactical - defib - med pack - flar rush, sprint CQ

Haven't really gotten around to using the other classes yet. I'm playing on a lame 480p monitor and I can barely see beyond 50 yards so I've just been running around reviving people.
