Learn how to play in a vehicle for the big vehicle maps as well.
This isn't Battlefield 2 anymore. Can't rush as easily.

What level are you? Because if you're below the late teens/early 20s then I wouldn't even sweat it. Once you get some of the better guns things will pick up for you.

Always move from cover to cover. Be prepared to duck to cover at any given moment, and always remember to revive and give ammo.
If your aim is what's getting you killed, then I can't suggest anything but practice. Lower DPIs are sometimes better if you jerk the mouse a lot.

Seems like some fair tips. Thanks. Right now I'm a level 3 1star with like 34 kills-59 deaths I still can catch up with a few good rounds.

Stay close to your teammates, be the gunner on vehicles, take the objectives. The game isn't based on K/D ratios. I got MVP with 3K:3D one round because I capped flags and did a ridiculous amount of healing and reviving.

Yeah I've had some ups and downs Naturn last night giving me a huge down.
Same as all of the BF games, about 20 hours in I'm to 1.4-1.7. I typically do whats needed in the squad (don't actually gaze at the every game)
Until recently I rarely ever play with anyone I know, typically random server.
