Well one other thing is that it might be the border area so that San Andreas is actually a part of a continent now(unlike any previous game) instead of just LS/SF/LV all being islands separated by bridges in the middle of the United States of somewhere inbetween the Atlantic and Pacific ocean

Then again, it could just as well be the border for transitioning to one of the other two(or more ) cities since planes are back.

Same way they always do for new games that accidentally become too advanced for consoles, dumb the graphics down to shit

Plus like I said, the 360(weakest link in storage space/hardware in general and most popular non-Wii platform) has an extra GB of space available for developers to use on their DVDs now so there can be more area/features on the 360 and therefore every other platform

Did anyone catch the postal truck passing by as the guy puts up the foreclosure sign? The company name was "Postal" and it said "We'll try hard not to lose it" or something similar

Classic GTA. I'm sure with the economy and the protests as of late, you will see quite a bit of commentary/parody on the state of the world right now.

Also, don't expect it till at least Holiday/late 2012. The GTA IV teaser was released in March 2007, game didn't come out until April 2008.
