Picked up a second Toz 49, need to make a grip for it.

Stripped all the bits out, cleaned, retrieved all the springs which made off for spring heaven, put it back together, all working perfectly.
Even shoots the requisite 25.4mm groups.

For the price of a new S+W, or 1/3rd of a Manuhrin, I've got two examples of the best target revolver ever made.
Now I can rebarrel one at leisure, when thats done I can think about rechambering the other for a cartridge I can get cases for more easily.
Or maybe I'll leave it as it is, straight-wall cases in a single action suck ass.

would using subsonic ammo get rid of the sound of the travelling bullet? Im impressed, you can only hear the bolt action then the actual whiz of the bullet travelling down range.

A bolt action .22 with subsonic ammo makes less noise than someone spitting.
