wow...nice...chopper it up I guess. Takes real skill though on Gator, one AA to even worry about; then camp it up. Not remotely impressed. I want to see someone on the ground do that. Being in a chopper with 14 total people you should've gotten higher. I don't do the small people big maps... I think its lame.

lol, why would I -1 you? I don't care what you say. I was just showing you that I got 115 in a row. I'm sure you think it is easy but it actually is not. I had a hell of a time taking the viewing deck from a clan of 4 guys all using anti tanks. Sure it is easy to get kills in a chopper on the iron gate, but to get 115 in a row even in a chopper is not easy. out of those 14 total people, there were only 5 on my team at times. We were greatly out numbered, the AT rounds almost took me down several times! 115 on the ground is impossible unless you are in a tank, even then it would be close to impossible.imdead wrote:

Hey buddy remember me??? I was playin at lunch today and I had the prefix chupa! The server was Mass Destruction and u were doing well, u were like 19-2 when the round was over.
But i yelled out "Someone shoot down the dork in the chopper" And u started bitchin "just b/c i am pwnin u in the chopper u faggots have to call me a dork?"
Two seconds later u crashed!
U shouldn't be so sensitive i always talk smack b/c the pilot might do what u did!

All you gotta do is hold the bottom 4 flags and you win. I hate it when my team has those 4 and the noobs go up to the flight deck to cap a flag with 2 helis up there.
Might be an idea in the next patch to have refueling! An Engineer carries Fuel and u have to land a plane/heli to refuel. every 25 mins in Vehicle/plane. What u think?

Its easy to grab the Hangar Bay Aft site with the chopper thus taking one of the 4 bottom flags to win. We can even fly into the hangar and take the Hangar Bay Fore position. You need an excellent gunner and ground troops to accomplish this though...millhous wrote:

Helo camping on Gator - obvious.
Definitely frustrating to try and actually accomplish anything on that map if there's a guy up there just spammin away. I'm not just talking about the US side either. If you've only got 20 people in the server, the other 8-9 guys on your team really need you in order to cap and keep flags belowdecks. That's where all the fun is, slugging it out belowdecks, res-ing squadmates and covering all the angles.
It's too bad they even put attack choppers on that map. Would be much more interesting with a straight up slugfest using troop transports to get on board, etc. That, or give the infantry a handheld stinger or a couple of mounted .50's to give the occasional helo camper something to worry about. Checks and balances.
Got any 115-0 infantry or land vehicle scores? That would be much more imressive if you got half that score on foot. Not calling you a newb - obviously by your stats you aren't. Just not impressed with helo spam anymore. Yeah my best streak to date was 79, there will always be some assbag that caps the flight deck and the viewing deck on my team and lets them retreat to the bottom of the ship. That always pisses me off. from the looks of things you somehow stole the apache so I am assuming you spawned first and flew a hind over to the gator, stole the apache and wreaked havok on their asses. Gotta love that!
i got also my best K-streak (70) in iron gator.
it made me mad 'cause i were killed by m-95 (through cockpit glass). i could have got my k-streak a lot more bigger=(

2-3 AT guys guarding Aft Hangar bay can easily keep the chopper out of the hangar, and protect the flag at the same time. Add a medic or two, and they can stand against infantry assaults from the elevator too.[FYM]YoHighness wrote:

If you can hold the galley, fore hangar bay, and engine room, you got the MECSF licked. Keep them out of the hangar bay altogether, and you're raping them.
Only time I go onto the flight deck is if MEC doesn't have a good chopper crew.
