i'd like to see them get life without parole. How old are they? Actual teenagers or 18/19? Either way if there's one silver lining it's that it happened in MS. I'm fairly certain they don't have liberal laws that let minors get away with murder.

You are gunna have to show that a person that executes a court order to put a murderer to death, is a murderer for you to have an argument. Once you do that, we can talk.

I do like the "LOLowing", that definitely fits your post.

Someone explain to me what's good about a defined life sentence without parole. What's the motivation? What are you trying to achieve beyond imprisonment?

If the end-product is set to be death behind bars, there is no light at the end of the tunnel. Nothing to look forward to, strive to, work towards. Applies to those working in prison as well - why waste time on someone the government has set to rot in a cell for the rest of his life?

If he's proved ready to be released after 20 years, when he's in his 30s (!), why not? Would give your prison system a genuine function other than stocking up on prisoners. Might as well just kill them at that point.

I agree you should have the ability to keep someone for life should they be deemed exceptionally dangerous, but you should also have the ability to release them as well. Again, something to work for, strive for, light at the end of the tunnel.
