What would be great would be if when pilots eject from jets they just have a pistol as a weapon, not an anti-tank launcher with four missiles, or an LMG.
Maybe troops shouldn't be able to parachute from helicopters.

If the pilot reaches the ground the other team can get tickets back for killing him before he can get to a friendly flag or main base to get his regular kit back.
