Even if the child was stealing it doesn't justify kicking him in the head or stepping on his fingers. Call the police and let them dole out a punishment. Crowding in a circle, taping, and doling out corporal punishment on a child is just opportunistic bloodlusting.

el edito: it also kinda freaked me out when he was shaking (circa 1:05ish). that's when i feel you know it's enough.

brutal cunts but they murder their kids and starve their female daughters all the time anyway so what can you say or do? don't go stealing shit in china. i have a homosexual friend that went to see china and trip around it for 6 weeks and in the countryside he was treated like shit, too. but what can you say in their country, with their laws and cultural customs? it's like launching some huge whinefest because you got caught smuggling drugs in saudi arabia and now they're going to cut your head off. admittedly, with a kid i doubt he really knew how much trouble he was getting in... poor kid. trauma!
