Sometimes, about a 1:1 ratio, when I'm with the C4, I throw a C4, switch to to detonator, clicks the detonator, but it puts another C4 instead!
I tried to wait alittle before i detonate, and i find out that sometimes it just changes back to C4, with no reason!!!!
I can't understand how can I make vet explosive badge??? I already made 25 kills with C4 IAR, but it was before completing global 50 explosives kill in a very lucky round.

I really don't know what to do... I'd thought it's because of high ping if it wasn't happening at every server!

I'm almost sure no one will have a solution to this, but it's always good to try.

You just have to wait a bit before you can detonate the c4. Doesn't really seem like a bug as much as it just takes a split second to switch.

No!
Even if i wait a sec it sometimes changes back to C4 after i see the detonator in my hand...
I'll go play tomorrow and show y'all in video by fraps.

Yep, it's lag. Either system or internet related.

Thought that too...
In the beginning of the game after i connect the game really jumps and I can't play, but it gets ok after half a minute but the C4 thingy doesn't get ok. It probably be one of this thing that happens in the most minor lag... but damn, they still should fix it, don't they???

its normal. it happened in bf 1942 alot as well. i actually noticed less of a problem in 1.03.

I have a problem with weapon switching using my scroll wheel on my mouse. I scroll down, select with the left click, and it will go back to my current weapon. Sometimes I have to do this 3-4 times before it will switch, so I am training myself to use the number keys to switch weapons. One more thing to do with my left hand, but its gotta be done somehow, and still holding my reloading antitank weapon while an enemy starts unloading in my direction is never a good thing. Not sure what to do about the c4 though, as far as I know the right mouse click is the only way to change it (unless you assign a different key, but I'm not sure that would be very convenient/helpful)

Actually it's a graphical glitch as another member had mentioned before. Here's what happens:

You throw C4, and switch it extrmely fast, before it even "lands". The normal animation after you throw the C4, is to biring out another. Even though you hit your ALT-FIRE key, the bug is that it still shows C4 in your hand, when it's really the detonator. Since you see C4 in your hand, you click your ALT-FIRE again, thus showing the detonator then switching back to the C4.

Trust me on this, if you throw, switch, and click ONCE. It'll look as if you threw 2 C4, but only threw one. I didn't believe it at first when a member told me, but that's actually what happens.

Throw, ALT Fire, Click. If you do that, you will be a happy person

No man, I only click once, and the player still throws c4 instead of detonating...
Also, there's a huge delay between throwing of c4's!
If i want to throw them all and bomb to avoid the bug, It takes forever!
about 1.5 seconds delay between every c4...
Anyway, I was lucky because I've made a 6 people kill with c4 and another of 3, and it covered all the times that i miss-exploded the c4's because of this bug, and made it to 23!!!
I've already done 23 before I got to 50 global although the bug.
I must say that in 1.00 version before any patch I didn't have this...
I just took a break and I saw 1.03 so decided to come back, and bought a cdkey from someone...
