It's pretty slack here. You can buy the actual plants themselves in grow shops since the law says that hemp and marijuana plants must not contain more than a certain amount of THC. Obviously the little plants don't have this amount and hemp plants rarely ever do unless they're huge, so there ya go.andros wrote:

The fine for getting caught with a small amount is €21 - not terribly large and from what I've heard the cops don't confiscate from you either.
