nerding out on something you like academically is a bit different from an MBA. as i said, everyone i know personally (i.e. direct relatives) that have mba's are pretty much braindead except for their 'business acumen'. that's what i was speaking out about. and i'm not denying that someone getting an mba could be interested in anything else. hence why i asked is that what they're interested in and what pushes their buttons. i'm intrigued to know because i don't understand the mentality of business-students (note the vocational stress rather than the academic) because to me it's cold meat.
