As much as I loathe NASCAR.... Your tag is wrong. When going to 4 way stop one is required to yield to the car that stops first. That car may be turning left making it a higher priority than the later arriving car. Further at many intersections, the left turn signal is afforded the first green before other intersection traffic is permitted to go.

maybe in FL. in Utah, left hand turn is lowest priority, always. only major intersections even have left hand arrows. and in an accident, the car turning left is always found at fault.13rin wrote:
