Ok, if you don't want to OC at all, You don't need either the 2500k or the 2600k. I know you said Sli or crossfire not necessary, but if your not ocing, the bulk of your power still comes from your video card, so you may be able to build a more powerful multi gpu set up. I think the price is fantastic considering what you get from other manufacturers at that price. Starting at 225€ in EU for the 120GB. I have paid 200€ for Intel x25 g2 80GB and its 3x slower at reading and 7x slower at writing and it still costs around 170€.Nic wrote:

The intels are over priced though, I still think the above build will work far better than one that could be put together with the Vertex 3 in the price range he has, if it was a couple hundred bucks higher, yeah throw it in, but its not for now.
