I love Man Utd have done for years more than anyone other than Cardiff, but I cant stand how he thinks he is above the law in some cases. He might be the best manager that ever managed (imo) but even so, set a good example theres a good chap.

Nothing would be the best thing I suppose. Same to the players in regards to ref decisions.

If I open my mouth on the pitch I may get warned or sent off for 10 mins straight away. Rugby is the same, cricket aint far off. Football is one of/if not the only game I know where you surround the law makers and chip off at them.

I have always said the most important person at the game is the ref, if he/she dont turn up its game over. If ya GK dont turn up you can chuck the gloves elsewhere, same for the CF, DEF and so on.

Besides, your own team will make more mistakes than any ref in any game

I come up against the same umpires a lot, like wise, I umpire the players a lot. I have 'offered' to spark one out this season (wasnt playing but coaching my ladies team) but other than that I have behaved myself. One yellow card (10 min sin bin) in 24 years of playing - my best mate sent me off the day after my ol girl died. What I find is if you chip off all game and piss them off they remember you and you dont get the 50/50's next game
