Luck applies to actors who don't deserve the part. It's not simply by chance that Wahlberg get's in to Scorsese movies. The ratio is what it is for obvious reasons.

i'm generous with my ratings because mood has something to do with it - i woke up, put on a pot of coffee, watched the movie, and hadn't suffered a floppy post before i did.
or a warman post, for that matter . . .

I quite like subtitles. At least, I prefer them to dubbing. Growing up in the Netherlands though you get used to them really quick, because everything is in English but has Dutch subtitles.
