I like c4 jeeps, makes it fun. Although last time I played BC2 I had tons of fun doing C4 UAV with a online friend of mine. It's hilarious doing that

In BC1 they didn't have parachutes so if your chopper was shot down and you were a pretty high in the sky you were fucked, you could bail out but you most likely didn't survive unless you got lucky.

2 hits to the front or rear of the tracks or the rear of the tank will kill it outright, no going behind walls, no repairing. Just dead. And when you kill them they stay dead, unlike infantry, and to repair them takes more then running over a bag lying on the ground.

These features could be added to a HC mode atleast to see what gamers think of them.

Why not? Adding new features is sure better than sending out the same game with better graphics, less kits and new maps. It could be tried, though I think just the vehicle one will suffice.

Oh and lets move on from these tiresome hypotheticals, if it were so easy to take out armour on non air maps tank whores wouldn't be dominating the scoreboard on a map like karkand, with little roof access. We can go over 1000 scenarios, but lets get back on topic.

Tanks are a hard counter to infantry. Coordinate your AT efforts or perish.

The only problems I encounted using a tank on Karkand was

A) Someone on the other team that instead of doing a c4 car did a c4 APC.
B) Enemy armour.

tbh autorotation would suck...

but about the infantry thing, sure, those effects would apply until you self-bandaged (like Urban Terror) or got a medic to bandage you

It's not very rare for a smart tanker to come out on top in a map centered around tanks and infantry. But as such, it's not rare for tanks to take the most abuse from the HUGE variety of AT present, be they mine, C4, rocket, fixed rocket, APC rocket or other tank shots. There's a lot of narrow roads and alleys to duck into for smart infantry who want nothing more than to gank you and your tank over and over again for kills.

Tanks are strong, but not invulnerable.

I'm actually more wary of tank hunter squads on pub star servers than I am of jihad jeeps. A good tanker can hold three or so of those off, but there's nothing you can do vs a multi-rocket ambush, besides keeping your distance and having a hill to duck behind.
