Dunno how they work, but it's really convenient having the Keurig. Pour in about 10 oz of water, slap in a K-Cup, wait about 1 minutes for it to brew, put in creamer/milk/whatever, done in 5 minutes total.JohnG@lt wrote:

I use to drink a lot of coffee.. I gave it up since learning about my kidney issues. Caffeine is a diuretic and I don't need that..
