I don't have one, but what do you want to do? Check xda developers website, there is so much information there about rooting and how to go about it there on the various wikis and the forum. insurave is a must for me.. my sis just bought a droid x out of contract because her other phone quit on her. It cost her well over $500. .. and yea, she didn't buy insurance on this one neither. The Hero is on older hardware and won't be able to run a lot of the 3D applications out there. If you want to really be able to test its speed, however, do a factory reset. Be sure to back up all of your applications in a list to something like App Brain so that way you can check what apps you want when you have to reinstall all of them after the reset. The new Android Market online (http://market.android.com) might actually be able to do the same thing, but I am not sure if it works with all Android versions. I'm in the USA at the moment and the battery on my Magic is dead (Android 2.2.1) so I can't test it myself.
