Tough it's called Ixprim and is tramadol + paracetamol.
Be warned.. the more you use it the more it takes. I think it's like that with most opiods. Sometimes i take 3-4 a night. I won't go over 4 .. any more and your breathing gets really labored.

When i had my kidney stone a few months ago they gave me morphine and the nurse was like "you're about to be really loopy" .. yea right, try again. Not in the least.

I haven't taken any for a couple of weeks.

As far as I could tell, paracetamol on its own was just as effective. Didn't need any of the "fancy" drugs that I was prescribed.
