I'd hate to be a party pooper, but will that HSF fit in the V354? The PSU has a tenancy to block tall coolers in that case.

I had the same thought... and guess I willl find out, I think the psu is low enough, at worst maybe I could mount it with the fans in a top to bottom configuration, and remove one or both of the fans. There is one right above it that functions as an exhaust.
Also I wanted to get a h50 or coolit self contained h2o system for the fit, but they sold out so I went with this, I only had about 15mins to put the order togeather and get it out before the sale ended, so if thats the only mis-order in there, I did well.

Yea, think you're gonna have issues with the heatsink in that case. Should have ordered all the main parts and found the corsair loop somewhere else.

Guess you can always put the psu outside the case

looks like a bit of a silly gimmick. why would you want a sub for 2 laptop speakers?

i'm not even buying a sub-range speaker for those KRK Rokits and they are pretty damn loud.

jens you don't need an amp because they are active monitors... but you will need an audio interface for a laptop, yes.

you could just use an unbalanced cable straight into your 1/4" headphone jack but, honestly... why buy studio monitors for that

Yeah well it was from my Grandad, so I don't expect him to make sound sound decisions (see what I did there...!)
