The Deathclaw alpha male and the Deathclaw mother are nasty >.<
Was level 20 and the alpha took my down in one hit.

But hey! They're deathclaws! they are supposed to be powerful. Only real way to deal with them is kill them before they get close.

I'm really starting to like this. I just got up to the Wild Card/The House Always Wins quest.

I really need to find some fucking power armor though.

Edit: I also found out James Marsden (Rex from Sex Drive, Cyclops from X-Men) plays Boone... sick

"That Gun" is also named after a gun from FO1/2, which is based after Deckard's gun from Blade Runner.

Do King's quest at King's School of Impersonation. He's either in his room on the third floor or by the stage. Or, you can do what I did (better route) and go to Mick and Ralph's, use speech challenges on Ralph to get him to sell you a fake passport for 500. Then, when you're done with The King's quest, ask for caps instead of a passport and he'll give you 1000, giving you a net gain of 500. Economics, baby!

God I hate VATS. If you hit the target, it randomly does some more damage than if you shot normally, and then you get 4-5 seconds of slow motion that you don't care to see. I swear a good 3 hours of this game has just been watching bodies fall to the ground. I thought I'd play it straight, but methinks I'll be turning on god mode unless it the game gets less annoying.

First two entries on my list of mods that need to be made:

- Let you have 2 human followers rather than only 1 and a robot/dog/whatever non human thing
- Disable the stupid disguise thing completely and or let it be a toggle. My best armour right now is BoS Power armour, but they are the enemies of basically everyone so I cant wear it anywhere (ie. I have to run around not wearing it and put it on when combat occurs)

Otherwise I am liking the game, undecided on where it stands compared to FO3. It seemed more bland at first but I have been gradually discovering more interesting things Spoiler (highlight to read):
the boomers for example and recovering a plane from a lake, the whole REPCONN rocket stuff, secret BoS base . I doubt anything as awesome as Liberty Prime will appear, although the once a day particle cannon is pretty close.

Dude, do you guys just do the main quest or some shit and then replay it if you want to do the side ones? I've not even made it as far north as NV yet since I've been exploring.
