I was talking more in terms of story, dialogue and how the game starts you off/sets up the quests.

Is there an apartment that you can call your own? like aproperty in game? at the town with the dino you can get an apartment but is there better?

I would hope there's at least one place on the Strip. If not... fail.

So this game is basically a more bland FO3, which is not to say I am not having fun, but I prefer it if games actually get better and not stagnate or potentially get worse.

Also, the whole rep thing is pretty broken when I can do this and still be best buds with the powder gangers (hilariously, when I talk to their boss who is drowning in corpses there he offers me free dynamite). Likewise with NCR, I have killed half their army and I am friends with them. Also to perform these stealth kills I have 20 stealth, 5 strength and 15 melee/unarmed skill. So this game is pretty retarded as far as combat goes. Either put combat skills in and make them matter or remove them along with the random deviation.

grrr.  My fraps doesnt work with this game, prolly needs an update.  I got to Primm last night... saved the deputy.. then bedtime.  Seems ok so far, hopefully it will hold my attention. FO3 seemed to ahve a better story....

Didn't you just get the game like yesterday? How have you found anything cool so soon?

Maybe I'm just easily distracted in my playstyle. Made my way to Novac and began working on quests there, although when I travel I often get sidetracked to go kill people on the side of the road which eats up my inventory space and makes me make pit stops to sell more often.

I got the game today at noon, per mail

I bought "That Gun" from the trader in (whats-the-name) the town you start in
