How far down did you have to go to find that?

The only way to make obsidian is to pour water on lava. As far as I know, the only way to break it is with the diamond pickaxe, and you can't harvest it

You can break it with any axe.. 50 seconds for iron, 15 seconds for diamond.
You can harnest it with diamond, it's hard but, cause it normally sits ontop of lava, and thus burns once in it's "pickup" form

As long as you touch one side of the block when it breaks you will pick it up before it falls into the lava below...tazz. wrote:

Hey cool fail-safe there. I'll just add "and stuff" to end of my every sentence and then when someone tries to correct me I can just point them to the "and stuff" and be right! Right?
