I loved the bit with the enormous spaceship surrounded by dropships.
So is this a fan film trailer or a trailer of a fan film. I'm not sure if that video is all there ever will be or if he's making a bigger film out of it. It's pretty vague.
Either way, yeah it was pretty cool. Made me want Escape from City 17 Episode 2 to come out.
Edit: After reading around, it appears that it's both. It's a teaser video for a fan made film trailer, and a longer trailer will be out later on.

it's well done but imo they have the characterisation of freeman WAAAAAAAAAAY OFF.
he's more like a hollywood action-movie hero in that trailer... he's just a clueless scientist.
freeman is not meant to be some hunkish, buff alpha-male that saves the day. it completely ruins half life's unique trademark.
