Ok here's my take on the favourite victim/ worst enemy thing. It is the most confusing thing EVER so I will try to explain it clearly.
There are two ways for someone to be on your victim's list.
1) You have to kill them more times in one round than they have ever been killed in one round before. This would make you their worst opponent, and they are added to your victim's list. However, this does not guarantee to make them your favourite victim.
2)In order for them to be your favourite victim you have to have killed them more times in one round than you have ever killed anyone else in one round. This makes them your favorite victim, and you are added to their enemy list. This does not definitely put you as their worst enemy (in order to have that happen see 1). This explains how low ranked people have victims with very few kills to the victim.
I might add to this later if I discover any loopholes/mistakes. Oh and I'm sorry if there's a wiki article on this or has been posted before. All thoughts and corrections welcome.
