I remember we did these pack runs .... platoon or squad size ..... 1st person in line has the pack with a flak jacket, some uts, camelback ..... run for a bit and trade it off to the person behind you .....

we did on thursday's combatatives.  we would do a company run around TA 10 and come back and do combat drills for an hour for pt
