I never understand the logic of banning certain guns. For the most part, one gun is going to be just as effective at killing as another gun, so it doesn't really make any sense.

K98s have quite a bit of kick to them.
If I was going to get a WW2 rifle I'd go for an Enfield of some description, purely for sentimental/patriotic reasons. That and the ammo is more widely available.

I'd go for a nagant just cause I like the sights (I've fired one IRL) and I prefer it's bolt to those of western rifles.
