I performed all tre requests to get First Aid Badge (I cueed 10 people), but I didn't get 10 points, and I think because of that my status didn't changed.
you must heal 100 points(a full bar)to get a heal point
At me is 137
just heal 1 full bar to get one point
I'm not sure what you mean by "I cueed 10 people", but I've noticed that many people get confused between "revives" and "heals" ... in other words, I've noticed that many people mistakenly believe that this badge is earned by using the shock paddles 10 times to revive.{F.F.V}GURZA wrote:

Nope. As -=>cSc<=-*RunDje*cT| noted, you have to get 10 heals and heals happen by holding and deploying your medic bags.
So, to clarify, this badge is earned by using medic bags, and not shock paddles.
Just switch weapons to your medic bag and throw those bad boys out like you wouldn't believe. They will regenerate after a few seconds. Then throw some more! I didn't know this until someone told me. Then I earned my regular and veteran medic badge in the same day after they told me. Piece of cake! That is as long as you have the right number of hours in.
Dude like Rundje sais, you need to see the "You got a healing point" message 10 times in one round, and you're done. I even have made the expert badge with that (25x). 1 healing point is when you healed a full health bar, so if you heal 2 people who both have 50% health left, you get exactly 1 point.
Most of the time holding the bag and running around like a madman in the middle of your allies get's you quicker to 10 healing points than dropping them, since enemies can pick em up (no points) or the battlefield can take another position on the map.

try going for expert first aid i have yet to work out how to get this other than spamming medic packs everywhere
Like I said, run around with the medic bag in hand. And about that spamming medic packs, as you can only drop 5 at a time, the 6th you drop will make the 1st you dropped removed, you can't really call it spamming medic packs. Find a good field squad.
I think this changed with the 1.22 patch. Enemies can no longer pick up opponent med and ammo packs.=TH=[Eleanor]-NL- wrote:

Oh yes they can, I can still get the enemies packs ;-).
Say what?
Lol you mean their packs have a different language ;-) Well what if you set "All voices English" Than you can use them can't you ;-)
OK ... I thought I saw this in one of the patch descriptions, but perhaps I'm mistaken.=TH=[Eleanor]-NL- wrote:

Then he dies, so you then have to use a defibrillator to revive him, which doesn't count as a healing point.niekjejeje wrote:

If the guy is down to 2 bars of health when you fully heal him you will get a healing point. You have to see the message about getting a healing point 10 times to get the vet first aid badge. It's pretty easy to get 10 heal points on sharqi or karkand or mashtuur city. I got my vet badge on mashtuur city throwing medic bags out the side of the blackhawk.
Edit note
You don't get a heal point for healing yourself.
