haven't tried it, but i would have two firefox.exe's, configured however, and create shortcuts to the original exe. rename one "proxy" . . .Winston_Churchill wrote:
So I want to be able to run 2 instances of firefox on my computer. One is going to be through a normal connection and the other is going to be run through a proxy by tunneling via SSH in putty to my server. Is there a way to have two different instances open like that every time?
I can obviously open two windows, but would changing the connection settings in one window affect the other? And even if I did that and it worked, I dont want to have to manually do that every time, I want one to automatically connect normally and the other to connect via proxy.
Any ideas?
