Well obviously, and I don't mean to pretend that pot will alter your mind at anywhere the level acid will. It's just that the music I was listening to was 60s and 70s rock, so I thought there should at least be some noticeable difference between sobriety and even moderate usage of lady green.

the pot they smoked in the 70's, the stuff they talk about when they mention that 'generation', was an ENTIRELY different breed. i don't mean on strength/potency, either... i just mean on overall effect. it was smoked differently, grown differently and used differently. besides all the drug-creative influences behind 60's and 70's rock was psychedelia and acid/mushrooms etc. the strong stuff. sgt. pepper was one long fucked up acid trip, that's for sure. i cannot put it comparatively into words just how much more intense acid is than any other conscious experience you will have.

When you're up there doing resit exams with a craptop and no internet unless you travel to the uni library to get it then yes it's boring, but only because of the revision I have to do and none of my friends are up here.

I believe you (thank you for the explanation, in fact), but am slightly curious how pot could have changed in the past thirty years. I guess I'm asking how the growing methods have an effect on the potency and how the way it is used affects the alteration of your brain.
