Place it off to the side of the door the stairs are leading too, that way it will get them when they come out. I learned that by wondering why my clay's weren't working then I witnessed a guy do just what you said. since then I moved them to the side and problem solved!NemeSiS-Factor wrote:

The server I moderate (702recon) has admins almost 24/7, and we have strict rules on punishment. If you punish twice for an accidental TK, you get banned.

To answer the poll I say yes TK's should countfor those weapons. It's a bummer but as people have said intentional tkers would take advantage.

This is what happened to me this morningI deserved it though for being stupid)
I noticed how on karkand at the start of the round about 10 guys or so from Mec and US just run to the front mec in the fenced area and us in the street and just start spamming grenades.
So I thought I going to get in on this so I start doing it too, at first it works great and I'm getting alot of grenade kills and just an ocassional tk.
Well this morning I'm alittle late getting to the street as US and I spam out 4 grenades as fast as I can...you guessed it 5 tks they all punished and I'm kicked!
Oh well I should have known better, and I won't be doing that anymore!

There ya go. Be sure you read the rest of the rules though. The guy who made them is VERY picky about it.
Some of the bannable ones:
attacking an Uncap (AT ALL)
Teamkilling
punishing an accidental
Basically the first one what dissuades most people from our server. So everyone there is pretty nice. It's very irritating to die right when you spawn at an uncap. It keeps the game going longer too.
Thanks NemeSiS-Factor! I always try and play fair by the rules. I get sick of all the punishers who do not think about the situation before punishing.
Although in the above example I deserved it for throwing grenades without knowing where my guys were. But I learned from it.
But if I were one of them I would not have punished, I only punish when some guy runs up and stabs me in the face or shoots me in the face. That has happened to me twice.
