The chocolate protein powder I use(d...no money ) tasted pretty decent with milk.

It wasn't amazingly good, but it wasn't bad either.

how is this for a diet plan?

breakfast 6:45am
2 eggs, protein shake with either 3 strawberries or half a banana, tea ( non sweeten)


snack 9:00am
1 banana or an apple



lunch 12:00pm
half a can of tuna with rice and salad ( lettuce, tomato, cucumber etc) or grilled breast chicken with rice and veggies



snack 3:30pm
a energy bar


dinner 6:00pm
beef with rice and beans/veggies


workout 8:00pm


post workout 9:00pm
cup of milk with a cookie


i would like to replace the workout "meal" with a shake but i dont know which one to buy.
i drink about 4 liters of water a day if not more


so what do you guys think?

You want to be having your workout just before you have your large meal, your body needs the nutrients of the large meal to rebuild itself as soon as you have finished excercise. Eating before hand just means that most of the good stuff like protein is already out of your system when you excercise or is otherwise inacessible to your body.

You need more than a half can of tuna for lunch with those greens man.  The chicken is the better idea. A single can of tuna is a snack, not a meal.

Maybe I missed it but I haven't seen much discussion on this. Has anyone had experience with weight gaining protein suppliments? A friend of mine recently had success with one and I've been considering trying it. So far this is the best one I've come up with:

Optimum Pro Complex Gainer
Calories - 650
Total Fat    8g   
Saturated Fat   4g   
Trans Fat    0g   
Cholesterol       60mg   
Sodium    340mg   
Total Carbohydrate    85g   
Dietary Fiber    5g   
Sugars    6g   
Protein    60g
...and a multitude of vitamins.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Better products or a good place to buy it on the cheap?

Noticing some improvements in certain areas of all my routines, got a few targets I want to reach before I finish training, and a few before I go to America for basic flying in about a month and a half. Feels gooood.

So I started a cycle of Tauro test and I can't swallow the capsules, I've been putting some in my protein shake (choc after max) and the 2 before bed capsules in a glass of water. BTW the water tastes horrible, I mean likes its the worst taste ever, its harder than my workout. I have to psyche myself up to down it.

so yeah, just wanted to vent and ask if me putting my 2 morning capsules in a protein shake is ok?

i would like some tip on how to target the lower stomach everytimre i do crunches and i can feel the burn just of the upper section and i'm already seeing progress as the abs are more noticeable but the i can barely feel anything on the lower half i think.

do you guys have any specific exercise to wolk the lower stomach?

Lift your legs instead of your upper body whilst on a bench, hang from a bar and raise legs, lift bent legs at same time as doing regular crunches...
