I'm serious. I know mowing the lawn is great for armstrength, but any other suggestions? I'd like to know because although I'm cardiovascularly heatlthy, I severely lack in the muscle department. Not anorexic or anything, just a high metabolism.

That's actually practical for me. My family has a cottage, we're chopping down the smaller trees in a certain site to make way for a garage.
