I think that test is bull shit to begin with. Certain questions have mutiple correct answers according to whoever made the test.

Yes im an american, and yes I barely passed, but I did pass. When is the president inagurated? I really dont have any clue about that one.

6/10, some of that is stupid, trivial information. I mean, does it really matter if you know what month the president is elected in, how many times a senator can be re-elected, or what the first part of the constitution is? Being a citizen is more than knowing trivial facts, but whatever.

Do you watch Super Bowl? Super Bowl always host during month of Feb. For every four years, President elected always happen before Super Bowl. That's how I know.

I know why Presidents like to be elected as President of USA during month of Jan because they want their first duty is to gather a grand party at President suite to watch Super Bowl!

Presidents aren't elected in January, they are elected in November.  They assume office in January the following year.
