But, still not one thing 'workout' related... All I see is diet and supplements. I suppose thats where you gotta start when you start working out and whatnot but I want some tips actually workout related please! Work faster dude

you dont make any sense, first you say diet is needed to start for working out, which would mean it's related. then you say you want some tips actually workout related.

What muscle groups should be exercised/session?

Should some cardio come before or after workout?

Best exercises for biceps ETC...

2 months ago. As seen, my chest is a hell of a lot more defined. I've lost a tiny bit of definition on my abs, but that's because of the shit I had to eat when I went on a management course.

I haven't been here for the weekend, so I haven't had time to update it with the next steps to workouts. I will do when I have time.

Try the ones I recommended. They taste fantastic. I enjoy my shakes because they taste good. Took a while finding the best, but Gaspari MyoFusion is most definitely the greatest tasting shake out there. BSN has fantastic tastes as well, but that shit is very expensive.

When I mean by that is that most human beings cannot digest all the carbohydrates properly and use them as effective energy. So instead they turn into quick fat, and unlike fats, there is not nutrition to them. Carbs are only necessary when you actually need energy. We're built to survive without energy boosts throughout a day, and therefore extra carbs are not necessary. You need them after exercise and some in the morning, but there is no need in taking them during the day. Their nutritional value is quite low.
