What have you done?

I was doing well with my fitness regime. Jogging 4.5 miles everyday, situps, pushups, weights, health(ier) eating, drinking plenty of water. Lost about 6 pounds in just under 4 weeks. But now I have done something to my shoulder and cant really do any of those exercises now!!!

i've seen them & too be honest i am not convinced whizzing a gyro around does anything substantial.  Anyway these are pretty much standard forearm strengthening exercises:

Sonder will back me up on MyoFusion, that is for certain. That shit is FANTASTIC.

The other stuff you can try is Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard Whey or BSN stuff (expensive).

Seriously, both ON and Gaspari are fantastic brands, you cannot go wrong with them.

I considered going back to the supplements for protein but i'm doing ok with the natural route, just takes a bit more planning, annoying at times and it makes me want the simplicity of supplements.

I've been seriously strength training for three years now. I'm pretty strong and got some size, but there's always room to grow . I've got pics and videos in this thread.

I've been doing MH (Mens Health)'s 100 press-up challenge, started this week! Week one is extremely easy, anybody want to go through this training program with me of similar strength? Jebus, PrivateV, you guys seem fairly on par with me...

We can skip week one cause it's piss and i've already got it done!

Yep dude, have a good read and do the initial test and what-not. I've got 39 good-form push-ups first time so I fell into column 3. Column 3 for week one is sets of 11, 15, 9, 9 and MAX (at least 13)

First 3 weeks seem easy enough but I really can't see myself ever pushing out 100 of them bad-boys, would be cool if a few of us did it together though eh?

Yeah; I'm with you on this one. 100 in a row sounds quite impossible for me at the time, though. We'll see. I'll do the initial test now, I'm guessing I'll get to 30-ish.

Coola boola, I'm not starting it till Monday, still gotta do week one tomorrow again. I'm doing it 5 times a week, including normal workout days exclusive of chest workout days!

@ the 100 push ups shite. Try doing that after a chest or tris workout and come back to me. Best way to finish off a chest workout is by doing set of press ups, the burn is pretty incredible.

@scottomus - Pics a couple of pages back. MyoFusion is fucking awesome, I agree.
