I'd suggest a 5850, only about $40 more than a 9800GTX, but a fuckload better.
I thought they came built into cases. I honestly haven't built a computer from scratch in about 20 yearsYellowman03 wrote:

the PSU doesn't come with the antec 900. Usually, the title will say whether or not it has a PSU with it.
In simple terms, what's the difference between DDR3 and DDR2?ebug9 wrote:
Here's a combo with a motherboard that supports DDR3 memory for $5 more

Here's 4GB of DDR3 memory for cheaper than the DDR2 you chose

DDR3 is standard yes, but watch out for high voltage ones if you aren't going i7. i5's have lower voltage DDR3 requirements. But you are going Phenom, so no worries.ebug9 wrote:
DDR3 is pretty much standard now and if you plan on adding more RAM in the future, DDR2 will be stupid expensive.

Get a mobo without a intergrated GFX... I'd rather get an i5 750 set up instead of an AMD one tbh... DDR3 tooJohnG@lt wrote:
Does this look ok for a completely new build? Am I missing anything? Is there anything on the list that just doesn't fit? Thanks in advance

But then if the card goes bad I'm completely screwed, no?KEN-JENNINGS wrote:

Actually I was looking at the prices for i5 (intel) builds compared to AMD... Yeah you're better off with AMD for now.JohnG@lt wrote:
