Most of the time I'm neutral, but don't think that means I lay low and stay under the radar. I kill every fucking thing in sight. No one is safe. I play like a serial killer who just escaped from the insane asylum. The only reason I remain neutral is because I murder and rape just as many good people as bad people.

In Hitman Blood Money, after beating the game playing like a sane person, I went back and did a few missions in which I killed literally every last person to be killed. Loads of fun.

It's just so fun to go apeshit on people. For kicks, I'll drive around in GTA like a normal person, following the rules and obeying traffic lights. But the moment someone taps my bumper or if someone says something to me, I hop out and kill everyone in sight and the waves of police that show up afterwards.
