On the other side, why a destroyer? Try getting a cheap Vexor or Space Dildo, that will do you far more good. Or fit blasters, for max dps.
vov he's also skint and wont use this much. he can fly and fit a decent BC so his cap skills are probably already fine. for context, when i rolled superteds i was blitzing l1s in a kestrel within a few hours. if you must rig it, throw collision accels on (if you have the fitting)
