The roasties, I boiled them for a bit first then, drained them, put the lid on the saucepan and shook it around to rough them up, I didn't have any goose fat or anything like that so just put a bit of oil in a roasting tray, oven for 30 mins, took them out, moved em around a bit to get more oil on them then put them back in for another half an hour. Had carrots with it too and gravy, was very tasty.
