No, what you have done is to persistently post this sort of content in a very one sided manner. A good proportion of your posts are relating to differences between various races. It's what you say between the lines, not explicitly, that makes you come across as a racist.
I genuinely believe, based entirely on the content of your posts, that you are a racist.

You have race on the brain and seem to have an unhealthy interest in anything that makes races different, not what brings people together. Most people I can think of who are so aware of race are racists.
Your shouting and screaming about race all the time, your linking to articles and blogs written by racists, your attitude and the content of your posts overwhelming point to you being a racist.
Whilst I am confident you do not see yourself as being racist, I am even more confident that you are racist. You just don't see it, even when it is pointed out to you.

As for sagging, I work for one of the biggest and most successful companies in the world. Several of my colleagues dress in that sort of manner (one of whom drives a Ferrari and several other fancy sportscars). So, with that in mind, why should employers care? One could just as easily say it emulates youth culture with little to no reference to gang culture.
Why is it that black fashion trends have a tendancy to be disproportionately demonised? It's because it is a favourite pastime of closet racists.
