Sick yet sherrif?
Referee was horrendous. On both ends.
Well played to Arsenal.
Messi was utter shit, I gotta say.
Not a penalty in a million years.

C'mon Zim Of course it was a penalty, his leg was in between puyol's.Zimmer wrote:

We'll see what happens, can't see us winning the tie. Barca outplayed us, but we had them on the back foot when we actually played our game. Bendter was horrible. We're gonna miss Fabregas next week..
No man, even the commentators said it. Puyol ran into him. It was debatable.
Even if it was a Penalty, he didn't deserve a sending off. Not every penalty should end up like that.
Actually Gooners, you guys have a chance. We're not gonna have Pique or Puyol. That's pretty major....
Messi has to perform in the next game.

So pissed off, I did make that 100 off a fiver, as it stands I've still got £10.39, so made a fiver lol. I fucking needed that win though, ah well, guess I'll have to start again this weekend.CammRobb wrote:

It was debatable, but when you saw how his leg was trapped it's hard to argue. How it got there, I've no clue. Yeah, the penalty wasn't a sending off, and neither was Fabregas' booking, a booking. The referee was terrible.
Fine you're missing Pique/Puyol but unless we actually play our game, i don't think we'll have much of a chance. We should take this as a positive result i guess, seeing as how we started the game.
It was so weird to see Henry

I don't think he wanted to play. You could see he wasn't enjoying it.Gooners wrote:

But you're right, ref was a total disgrace. Arsenal did well to comeback, and I'm happy for Ibra who managed to pull of two great goals.
Ya, i didn't see Ibrahimovic's first goal, was it a keeper mistake?
Yeah Henry didn't want to play at all. I love the welcoming he got when he came on, he's a legend.
It is what it is, and we'll see what happens next week...

Eh, half and half really. Almunia made the decision to go into no-mans land, and Ibra dinked it over him. It was a 50/50 decision, you can't blame him entirely. It was a smooth finish by Ibra.
His second goal was just beautifully crafted by Xavi though.
Actually, I'm slightly more positive about the return, as we'll have Iniesta back with us.

Almunia's on and off. We need a new number one, as neither Fabianski or Almunia cut it. Well done to Almunia today though in the first half.
Honestly, the next leg is going to be determined with what mindset we go into it with. If we go and play our game, we'll make it difficult for Barca, if not then, err...
ahh, and how did Bendtner miss that free header right after you guys scored?

Valdes made a pretty good save for that, but yeah, it was a pretty simple header.
What can you do, it should really have been 4-0 at half time to Barcelona. That's football for you

Yah, i guess. I didn't see the first half as i was at school, but i thought we'd come out with a different mentality.
what happens, happens
what happens, happens
Bendtner is a giant turd burgler
We do have a shot second leg but I'm not too optimistic

ya same. we don't have a proper striker, other than RVP who's injured..
