My 3 birds, 2 are mini parrots and 1 of them is a 'Tijgervink' (can't find the English translation)
This one I actually found on my balcony 4 stories up (about 30-40 meters) and that is alot for these birds, especially for this one, we found out this was just 5 months old and doesn't have a ring around his leg so it's a wild catch!
I have him for more than 7 years, he will give u little kisses and can sit on you're shoulder and will eat of you're plate when he can ..just don't put you're finger near him, scarred for life assured.
And we have this little one for over 4 years, bought as a pair but the feamle one died because it didn't know where to put her eggs, so we bought another female and a bird shack, again the same fucking thing. Now, people tell me these birds cannot live alone for some reason but it seems he is never alone with these 2 hanging around, chirping, whistling about.
Shame these are both male birds, otherwise I would be sort of a mom:D
