Whistler village is pretty damn packed with everything going on, but the mountain is dead. Today there was blue skies, small lift lines and deep pow, one of the best days I had up there in the last 10 years. Its cool when you get to the village and there are tons of people cheering for the athletes on the big screens too. I got a couple of medal ceremonies tickets for later this month, should be alright.

I'm actually happy they don't use that add a point / take away a point-system. However, I am disappointed in the performance of the Finns. Two guys ahead, both leading at times fall away from the lead when push comes to shove, and the only one who would've had the stamina and explosive last minute reserves for the sprint started from 1:36 behind (or something) and ended up gaining the lead only by a minute.Varegg wrote:
