I like it without prone, it completely defeats the problem of diving and hiding behind 1ft tall glass walls that Bf2 had.
Also makes snipers easier to see/hit, which might encourage people to maybe play a different kit for once.

only bad snipers proned and only bad inf players proned (exceptions made for support i guess), i don't see what the beef is with prone being removed.

It's not Sarah Palin's place. I do like the game but it feels like a console port and Dice said it would be different than console version. And I wasn't expecting a reskinned BF2, I'm glad it's not bf2 in fact. I was expecting a more destructable BC1 with more realistic guns(not 50 round assault rifles that take 20 rounds to kill someone like in BC1), prone, helicopters that fly like bf2 and desert combat helicopters, and a few othersMekstizzle wrote:
The lag is killing the PC version. PS3 demo came out today, even on wireless everything was very nice. But that's why there is a beta for the PC version. This is the first time they've done Frostbite on PC, the lag was quite bad on the first Frostbite game on consoles. I can only expect it to get better
They didn't nerf the weapons as much as I feared.
The map sucks though. Arica Harbour was way better (PS3 beta) than this gay Sarah Palin Alaska map... well it's not that bad, just not as good as Arica harbour. Smaller too.

Melee just does not work. It's random and 1v1 knife is all about luck.
They should forget that autoaim bullshit stolen from cod and go back to knife that has to be equipped to use. Knife kills that way are a lot more rewarding, too.

It's similar but not as bad. It's slower, doesn't lunge nearly as much and takes longer from the time you "fire" it to the time it stabs. I would prefer no lunge but it's no so bad the way it is.FloppY_ wrote:
