Who has the scoop on this ribbon???? i meet the time requirements by far and today i had a game with 77 team points and one in the 50's and still no ribbon. whats the deal with this thing? and i kept getting basic badges i have had forever!!! whats the dilio maaaaaaaan!!!

I got mine last night after 45 team points.
It is a bug, i have had that. When i looked at the tab menu in game, it said i was private. I had kept getting the basic badges ive had, all i did was log out and log back in. Try getting it again but if that doesn't work, write at this post again....
